USPS-R 5.13.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USPS-R contains bug fixes, improvements and new features as detailed below in the full release notes. 

Important highlights from this release

1. USPSR-3684 corrects an issue with how sick advance was being calculated. Prior to this fix, to work around the issue, affected districts were instructed to change their Advanced Sick Configuration to use a specific date range instead of the fiscal year option. Once this release is installed those districts should revert the change and use the fiscal year option. This will prevent the user from having to remember to change this each fiscal year.
