Summary
This is a hotfix release of USPS-R that corrects the issues detailed in the release notes below.
Important highlights from this release
USPSR-3776 corrects an issue with the new contract mass copy option copying the STRS advance flag when building from a compensation that is in advance. If this was not detected and contracts were purged it would result in the new compensations being set as in advance mode, which is incorrect. The mass copy option has been updated to no longer copy this flag when the build option is utilized.
