USPS-R 5.35.1 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USPS-R contains a bug fix correcting City Tax Withholding for Employer STRS when district is in Advance Mode.

Important highlights from this release

• PLEASE NOTE, A district is only affected by this bug if the following is true;

  • A District must be in Advance Mode

  • A District must withhold a City Tax that taxes Employer STRS items (691)

  • A District must have processed a payroll after moving into Advance Mode

• If these are true for a district, the City Tax Item that taxes Employer STRS items will need the following adjustments for each position affected;

  • An adjustment for Taxable Gross

  • An adjustment for Total Gross

  • An error adjustment to withhold the additional tax on a future payroll
