This release of USPS-R contains an improvement and new feature. See highlights below.

Improvement
- Improve polling in the payroll details UI to prevent the UI from getting out of sync with the server.
  - Smaller payroll districts were experiencing infinite polling and required a UI refresh when initializing payroll. This has been corrected.
New Feature
- Add STARTTLS Email support to the Email Configuration
