USPS-R 5.28.1 Release Notes

Summary

This is a hotfix release of USPS-R that includes patches, performance improvements and a new CRDC report. Full details can be found in the release notes below.

Important highlights from this release

1. This release of USPS-R includes a new CRDC report to assist districts with federal civil rights reporting requirements. 
   1. This report mimics classic behavior, however classic combined all sections into a single report where as each section is generated as a separate report in USPS-R. 
   2. The USPS-R report is only meant to be used if a district was processing in USPS-R for the fiscal year being reported. 
   3. If a district processed completely in classic for the reporting fiscal year the classic report should be ran out of the archive account as it would have been in prior years. 
   4. The USPS-R report also does not take the EMIS override fields into consideration since we retain compensations and can determine the contract values for the fiscal year being reported on.
2. Performance issues with the employer distributions and employer retirement share reports have been isolated and corrected.
