This release of USPS-R contains several improvements and patches to the application as detailed in the release notes below.
Important highlights from this release
During the course of this release we have been working with the EMIS team to do fine grained testing of the data returned to the data collector from the EMIS SOAP service for USPS-R. While performing this testing we found a few issues that have all been resolved on this release (5.11.0). All known issues with EMIS reporting are now corrected. Detailed information about each corrected issue can be found in the release notes below.
