USPS-R 5.24.4 Release Notes

Summary

This hotfix release corrects an issue that was introduced in v5.24.0. If a user ran the afford report csv option after the 5.24.0 release was applied the report was incorrectly updating historical data. This caused issues with STRS and SERS submissions. This issue has been resolved. This release also contains a patch that will correct any historical data for districts that were impacted by this issue.
