USPS-R 5.16.2 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USPS-R does not contain any actual modifications to the software, but updates a reference to an external dependency, which was causing the "Clear EMIS Contract Fields" mass change definition to fail. After this release is installed the mass change definition will work as intended.
