Fix bug in the STRS Advance Positions Report
If an employee was only paid out of accrued wages, they could be excluded from the STRS Advance Positions Report even if there were compensation adjustments for work days.
This change updates the report to check the adjustments in addition to the contract days worked property to determine if an employee should be included on the report.
