USAS v2025.1.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• Implemented the ability to post Refunds via CSV file. Documentation to support this new feature will be available soon and will include a template CSV file. This feature will work similarly to the other transaction types that have an import option available and is available from the Import button on the Refund grid.

• Implemented a lock field on accounts and updated the account change request process to lock accounts while the job is processing. The new lock field will be read only and will be used for internal processes to prevent processing against accounts that are being modified via account change.

Bug Fix

• Corrected the AR Billing to require a payment location.

Internal

• Continued to refactor code to use constructor injection.
