USPS-R 5.30.3 Release Notes

Summary

This is a hotfix release of USPS-R that corrects an issue detected with quarter report that caused employees to be excluded from the report. In order for the issue to materialize very particular criteria concerning the number of employees and the order they are returned had to be true. It is unlikely anyone would have experienced this issue and not noticed as large numbers of employees would have been excluded.
