column of the User Mass Load is blank, it will default to false
for the user.

Login as an admin or district manager.
Export grid items into a CSV in the User view.
Remove the last login column from the csv file. Set some or all of the Enabled column values to be blank.
Go to the Mass Load view under the System menu item. Select User Mass Load and upload the user csv file. Click import and make sure the import succeeds.
Go to the User view, any user that had a blank enabled value in the csv should has an enabled status of false.

msa-2/19/2025 documentation correctly reflects that the ‘enabled’ flag will default to ‘false’ so it doesn’t need updated.
