Large improvement to the Timesheet Export options discussed at the last few sprint meetings.

Testing Successful
✅Create everything you will need to create and export timesheets
In ess: User w/ employee, group, chain, TS periods, TS shifts
In usps: set position timesheet flag, make sure position has an active comp
Create and approve a number of timesheets to prep for export
✅Have a selection of timesheet(s) to export and export them
Both of the radio button groups are new and should be tested; the mark all timesheets option has not been changed.
Export Type
P w/ A should export a full record, with the load attendance flag set to Y
P w/o A should have the same export with the flag set to N
A w/o P should have a different export, with a specification as listed in the issue
Exception Options
These should export line items as specified:
all → everything
REG → only reg items
EXC & OT → those exc and ot items

After meeting with the Support Staff and discussing a few of the Timesheet Export options, we believe some changes need to be made to make thing easier to understand and add a new export format option.
The Export Form needs to change its options. Vaadin Radio Button would be a good choice for groups of choices where we want to know specific options.
Export Type (Radio Button) User must select one of the following
Post Attendance with Payments
Post Attendance without Payments
Post Payments without Attendance
Export Exception Options (Radio Button) User must select one of the following
Export Everything
Export REG items only
Export EXC & OT items only
Mark Timesheet as export checkbox
This will make the user select the exact items that are desired on the report and it is clear what each option will do. Right now the check box is confusing.
You will notice the above has a new option to export Attendance without payments. There could be a time where they want to export just the attendance records. We need a new version of the file that only includes the necessary values in the CSV to load attendance records. Column A-J in the specs (https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/uspsrdoc/pages/2492134/Attendance+Absence+Import#USPS-Attendance/Absence-Import-SPECS ). This will be the same format at the Leave Request extract, just Attendance. If you have any questions, let me know.
