Implement the ability to schedule the generation of the SOC1 report zip file.

To Do

• Add the SOC1 report option back to the menu

• Add a boolean field on the report UI to allow the user to choose to schedule the SOC 1 Job; false by default.

• If the boolean is selected, display a cron expression field to allow the user to schedule the job per the cron expression.

  • Job should display in the System/Config/Jobs UI once scheduled

• Until the server location is known we need to add the SOC1 email field back to the Core/Configuration UI. This email address will be the destination for the zip file until a server location has been provided.
