Rewrite Receipt UI in attempt to improve performance

Description

Rewrite the Receipt UI attempting to achieve optimal performance using a custom detail viewer and avoiding unnecessary redrawing of the UI. This is somewhat of a test run but we're hoping that this attempt might serve as a base for the rewriting of some other UI's.

Make sure you do NOT display line numbers for the items to be consistent with other transaction UIs.
