Remove unused report definitions and related objects

Description

We recently rewrote several reports as template reports. The reports were removed from the application menu as well as the associated views, but there are still report definitions in core that need to be removed.

Remove the following:

  • BudgetAccountActivityReportDefinition

  • FiniancialDetailReportDefinition

  • RevenueAccountActivityDefinition
