When you create a receipt with 3 items and delete item #1, your receipt is posted with two items, item #2 and item #3.  This leads to confusion with the user.

In an attempt to eliminate the confusion surrounding line numbers, we're going to follow suit with Reqs and POs and suppress line numbers in the Receipt and Disbursement UIs.
