The district needs a place to store the following EMIS district year end and building information, which is needed for the EMIS extract.  This is a full CRUD and UI issue.

District (USAEMSDB/DSTMNT)

• Central Office Square Feet

• ITC IRN#

Building (USAEMSDB/BLDMNT)

• IRN

• Square Feet

• Transportation Percentage

• Lunchroom Percentage

• Note: the description associated with the building IRN is displayed after the IRN in the Classic USAEMSDB/BLDMNT screen.

There is a BLDRPT option that reports on all building information.  This will be a separate issue.

Update the Organization to include the following properties

• Central Office Square Footage : Integer

• ITC IRN : String - these are acronyms so make sure they display as such in the UI

Create a model object, repository, UI and tests for Building Profile

• IRN : String

• description : String

• square footage : Integer

• transportation percentage : Percent

• lunchroom percentage : Percent
