Refund voided status not set when disbursement is voided

Description

The user would like the correct Void status to show up for refunds where the check associated with the refund has been voided.

To reproduce this problem, void a refund check and view the refund after voiding. The voided flag will not be set.

  • Investigate and fix

  • After the problem is discovered, document the fix in this issue and create a wiki discussion item. Depending on what the problem was, we may need some sort of update process at startup to go through and fix the status of existing refund items.

This issue will be resolved with the rewrite of refunds, issue https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/USASR-1991#icft=USASR-1991.  

The query form and results are cached, so you have to re-execute the query to update the results and see VOID in the Status column.
