The user would like to receive appropriate warnings and errors when creating and updating accounts with start and stop dates.  We need to consider adding the following:

• The user should receive an error for using an account code that is not within its valid date range

• The user should receive a warning if they use an account code with a stop date and the current period is before the stop date.  This needs to be sensitive to the current period.

Rules are missing for the following transactions: Distribution, Invoices and InterfundCashTransactions .

Note, this was already implemented for receipt codes.  Those rules may serve as a good reference for implementation.
