The user reported  the following:

Not sure if I should send this to you or who but since Michelle is at a district I am at [Maumee] and four times now while in the process of entering Pio’s I’ve got an internal error and it’s refreshed my screen and I lose the PO I’m on I also lose all of my grid settings

Upon further inquiry, the user also provided the following:

This error occurred three maybe four times during the entering of data. I know at least one of the times I had completed most of a purchase order that had 7 items on it and I was in the process of entering the last item information and the error occurred and it says to Internal Error make note of any unsaved data and then I lost what I had entered.
I cannot tell you for certain what I was entering each time but I was at least into the item entering each time.
I entered about 100 purchase orders and this occurred within the first 20 to 25 and did not occur after that.

The system did seem to be running slow for most of the 4 hours I was there. I was actually watching the "blue line" after entering the vendor number to make sure the correct vendor populated as I had entered and tabbed off a couple of times and in checking found the wrong vendor had populated

In thinking about it this morning I do not believe I was actually loosing my grid column choice but rather the filter and that makes more sense now. So I do not think that is an issue.
