Error Editing/Amending Purchase Orders

Description

The user would like the edit/amend in the po screen to work without error.

The UI is currently behaving strangely and sometimes reporting errors when the user attempts to edit/amend a PO.  The spinning indicator for the process running in the background is also no longer being displayed.

  • Investigate this problem and fix.  See the attached stack trace
