The XML print output file is incorrect on a purchase order I cloned. The purchase order that was cloned was at a partially paid status. I cloned a purchase order at a new status and it printed correctly. 

Attached is a screenshot of two XML files from cloned pos. One being the po cloned from a po that already had payment against it and another one of a po that was cloned from a po that did NOT have any invoices or payments against it. It appears the PDF and EXCEL print outputs are printing correctly.
