Complete AP Invoice Rewrite

Description

The following improvements need to be made to the AP Invoice rewrite:

  • Need to create new vaadin 8 version of VendorFieldCreator (and possibly GLAccountFieldCreator) and add to the ApplicationVUIConfig

  • Add missing nested item and header fields - (changes need to be made in GridComponentColumn apply method in VUI)

  • Add back and fix code creating a new Invoice from the PO grid and the PO Detail Screen

  • Adjust widths and ordering for fields when nested fields are added

  • Update Full/Partial button to look for isFull() status.

  • Update Vendor to display the check address when viewing/editing Invoice.

  • Thoroughly test complete UI

Add a "notice" to the legacy Invoice page that it will be removed on June 30 2019 (USASR-3685).

It was discovered that date shortcuts are not working in the Invoice UI and the new Vaadin 8 forms.  This will be fixed on SV-84.
