Users have to refresh grid after adding/removing columns to see changes

Description

User would like the grid to refresh automatically, like it did previously, when adding or removing columns to customize.

Research and fix:  Turn on debugging tools to attempt to determine problem.  Possible Vaadin 7 problem.  Was able to recreate in Receipt and PO transaction grids.  Account UIs seemed ok as well as new AP Invoice grid.

Problem is related to the SSDT Vaadin Addons, problem started when Marc bumped the version on this.

Updated Navigation > Grid/Query page to include information on More option

To test this, go to any page with a grid. When clicking the More button to add columns, you'll see a new button at the top and bottom that says Apply. The columns will not automatically appear/disappear when selecting/deselecting fields. Instead, it will wait until you click Apply or close the Column Selection window. The grid will then reload with the columns selected.

After a discussion with Jodi and Robin, we decided to go ahead and implement SV-72. This will allow users to select/deselect all the properties they want at once, and only cause a single refresh of the grid.
