Project grid is extremely slow when creating new Projects.  Improvement with less calculating columns being removed but still very slow

6/2022   https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/FISCSUP-15468 reported using filters on the account grid with not too many columns to perform the SETBAL process and still received Excessive Query.   (Worthington/11,000+ accounts)   FYI....they therefore did the process with all accounts and it took around 8 minutes.  Still thought it was too slow.

We did make improvements to the Account UIs with regard to grid loading performance.
