Financial Detail Canned Report Improvements

Description

The Financial Detail canned report is missing some of the functionality of the template report. Update the report to include the following functionality:

  • Produce the following output formats:

    • Excel-Data

    • Excel-FieldNames

    • Comma Separated Values

    • Tab Separated Values

  • Options to produce a Summary Report

  • Include the report name on the report options page

  • Ability to generate a direct link

  • Add caption to report generation page

  • correct default sorts

  • correct missing/blank encumbered amounts

Fix the following bugs Fixed on 8.22.1 hotfix

  • Available Sorts include duplicates after report parameters are restored from a run including non-default sorts.

Testing Notes: Verify the following:

  • A report can be generated in Excel-Data, Excel-FieldNames, Comma Separated Values, and Tab Separated Values output formats.

  • A Summary Report can be generated by selecting the Summary Report option.

  • The report name is on the Options page when Show Options is selected.

  • A direct link can be generated and functions as expected (Documentation Create Financial Detail Spreadsheet)

  • Default sort order matches default sort order of template report

  • Encumbrance amounts are all visible and the amounts total correctly when compared to the template report when ran with the same parameters
