Refactor soap-bridge related spring beans to use constructor injection.

Testing notes:

Test SOAP calls to verify functionality. SOAP calls are tested in Bamboo, so complete manual testing of SOAP bridge calls shouldn’t be necessary. Testing a get call to each object should be all that is needed to verify that the dependencies are correctly injected.
