CTX format for ACH payments (verses PPD and CCD formats)

Description

F-23121 - Barnes and Noble sent payment instructions regarding ACH and requested CTX. USAS offers CCD and PPD as choices. I googled the CTX info and included some info on it on Fiscsup-23121

Support note: Work around option is to manually update the Entry Class Code options under System > Custom Field Definitions. A custom code & description can be added to the drop down for districts wanting this (though if its a universally needed option it would still be helpful to have it automatically available to all districts per this fb request). Example of update to custom field on ticket FISCSUP-26617
