Request to update Certificate Available Balance Reports Amended Certificate so that its not necessary to manually enter Advances Not Repaid into parameters when generating report. Have system look at Advance & Repay transactions and calculate based on Advances that are not fully Repaid to include amounts for debit/credit accounts on the report.
