Allow Month Year information to be included on Cash Summary spreadsheet output

Description

Request to allow fields related to Posting Period, Month, Year to be included as separate columns on the Cash Summary Excel-data report. The district would like to be able to have this included in the report when generated instead of having to manually add in excel. They are using this to compile data to a spreadsheet to compare months
