Create report in payroll process that replaces classic CALCPAY/DEDDET

Description

  • The classic DEDDET report was used in balancing deductions as part of the payroll process

  • if listed detailed information about what payroll items each employee had withheld for a given payroll

  • we do not have a good replacement for this currently in USPS-R

    • users can sort of recreate some of this via the outstanding payables interface, but they want to be able to perform this balancing check before they post the payroll not after

Add Pay Item Detail Report to screen shots and where ever applicable.

To test this, initialize a new payroll and then from the in progress tab on the payroll processing screen, click Details for the payroll.  There will be a button to generate the report.  The button is labeled Pay Item Detail Report.
