Add new screen shots showing the STRS advance submission file option and the System/configuration/Strs Advance Configuration option.

Added new button called "Submit Uploaded File to STRS"  for STRS Advance reporting.

Documentation: Components were added to the Reports->STRS Advance Report view to allow uploading and submitting an STRS Advance file to STRS.

Testing: I have successfully tested the submission to STRS, and they have indicated receipt of the file, so no further testing should be necessary.
