Summary

This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fix as detailed below.

Improvements

• Split Item view has been updated to include the item's original cost (read only) in the header area.  The split detail lines have been updated to include the original cost (read only), which is calculated based on the split criteria and will updated when changes are made to the number of split items.  Totals have also been added below the detail lines to sum the number of items and original cost values in order to balance to the original item's values. 

Bug Fixes

• Book Value Report updates
  • Remaining Life option now includes an option to enter beginning and ending range of life values 
  • Percent of Depreciation now includes an option to enter beginning and ending range of accumulative percentages
  • Last Year of Useful Life now include an option to enter beginning and ending range of FY
  • location code sorting option was corrected to apply the category and number when sorting by location code
• Split Item updates
  • split tag numbering has been corrected to include tags that end in zero
  • a rounding problem was corrected when splitting items
• Date filtering on the Asset Listing by Grant/Source report has been corrected to include the values entered.  The dates are now filtered using greater than or equal to (>=) or less than or equal to (<=).
• Location Worksheet sorting has been corrected.  The default sort for the report is location code, item category and then tag number.  Additional user selected sort options will be applied in the order they are selected and will appear on the report options page in the order selected.
