Substitute Required checkbox and other substitute related fields are editable from the leave request grid for those with Leave Supervisor for StaffManager, District Manager or Admin role . The sub scheduled field also requires the sub needed flag to ‘substitute needed’ field must be checked to be editable; therefore, unchecking the sub needed in order to edit the ‘substitute scheduled’ field. Unchecking the ‘substitute needed’ flag when the sub scheduled ‘substitute scheduled’ flag is checked will clear the sub scheduled field and set it to falseautomatically uncheck the ‘substitute scheduled’ flag.
