Summary

This hotfix of SSDT Inventory corrects the following issues

• The fund length was requiring 3 characters.  This has been corrected to allow up to 4 characters.
• The function length was requiring 4 characters.  This has been corrected to allow up to 4 characters.
• The function and fund importers were updated to allow codes up to 4 characters.
• Current year acquisition

• modifications were not properly updating the item's original cost. 

• Also, if a current year acquisition was deleted, the item's original cost was not properly updated to reflect the change.  The item's original cost is now properly reflecting changes made to current year acquisitions.
