What did we do well? |
- The support staff moved the questions around to our development staff.
- Prioritization meeting is beneficial and going well.
- We increased our velocity, even though we had lots of critical issues for W2's.

What should we have done better? |
- Worked quite a bit on W2 changes that needed hot fixes. It's just that time of year.
- Need to make performance to be a high priority. It is definitely affecting the districts response time.
Actions
- Can we have EDGE test some of our XML changes before they go live? Maybe support staff could assist.
- On fixing performance issues, Matt asked programmers to get a before and after performance to see the change.
