What did we do well?
The support staff moved the questions around to our development staff.
Prioritization meeting is beneficial and going well.
We increased our velocity, even though we had lots of critical issues for W2's.
What should we have done better?
Worked quite a bit on W2 changes that needed hot fixes. It's just that time of year.
Need to make performance to be a high priority. It is definitely affecting the districts response time.
Actions
Can we have EDGE test some of our XML changes before they go live? Maybe support staff could assist.
On fixing performance issues, Matt asked programmers to get a before and after performance to see the change.
