Retrospective



What did we do well?

  • Stayed caught up on feedback.  Poor USAS took the beating this time

  • EMIS is all fixed at this point



What should we have done better?

  • Over-estimated velocity

  • Stand up meetings should be more consistent

  • If we change the XML RPC service, we should check with Classic web app & UDMS

  • Review SOAP bridges if stop gap measures done previously, need to be reverted
