Retrospective



What did we do well?

  • Met and exceeded our velocity

  • Isolated performance issues with reports and patched them

  • Released CRDC report before deadline 

  • The team did a lot of 120 work



What should we have done better?

  • Coordinate better when depending that USAS is on a particular version of common etc. for our integration changes to succeed. 

    • potentially modify the way gradle dependencies are locked to help prevent this in the future

    • also it would be beneficial to have a functional test that tests the account sync with a USAS and USPS instance stood up
