What did we do well?

  •  

    • Assisted a lot with support tasks (being a factor in our missed velocity)

    • W2 testing is looking good

    • Figured out NWOCA performance issue (seemed to be server based and not the apps)



What should we have done better?

  • Missed velocity mark by a substantial amount
