What did we do well?

  • Corrected and turned around account sync issue. 

  • Assisted a lot with support. 

  • Met velocity estimates. 



What should we have done better?

  • Record any instances where our releases cause production instances not to come up in the wiki (was a problem recently on the USAS side, but has happened on our side in the past).
