What did we do well?

Accomplished a lot of 120 work
released critical patches fast
Averted critical support issues quickly
Found issues related to groovy / hibernate upgrades in Q/A stage
Rigorous Q/A testing was done

What should we have done better?

In general use the USPS team pages to document team discussions, so we don't have to rehash the same issues later

Actions

For complex methods in need of a refactor adding comments explaining complexity and tagging with a term such as todo or refactor needed will allow us to search and identify this in the future for refactor
