Retrospective



What did we do well?

  • Stayed consistent with standups

  • Did pretty good last sprint with our velocity and estimates

  • Integrated with USAS

  • Assist USAS devs



What should we have done better?

  • Getting bit by technical debt lately (i.e. payroll item refund)

  • Stay focused on "short term pain" for "long term gain"

    • i.e. using defect driven development to write a failing test that isolates an issue and then coding to fix the test

  • Need to schedule a technical debt / refactoring cleanup ASAP

    • Possibly February would be a good time to do this as we will have successfully processed an entire year live
