What did we do well?

  • Sorta met velocity

  • Prioritized and dealt with feedback issues effectively 

  • Vaadin 8 initial migration code successfully merged

  • Keeping caught up on testing



What should we have done better?

  • We should do stand-ups even when not prompted by Kim
