What did we do well?

  • Maintained most of Greg's sanity by completing almost all of the NC* issues

  • we were consistent on standups

  • staying on top of user support 



What should we have done better?

  • Ensure criticality of issues is properly conveyed, so the issues can be prioritized accordingly.
