Retrospective



What did we do well?

  • Feedback volume descreased possibly signifying the correction of existing defects and a lower defect rate with new code.

  • Managed to finish coding / testing of kiosk related items by deadline. 

  • Keeping up with testing fairly well still

  • Meeting release deadlines

  • Diagnosed and improved performance issues



What should we have done better?

  • Bamboo build failures took a long time to resolve

  • Bamboo builds (especially test stages) seem fragile

    • e.g. tests will fail with first run and then succeed on re-run

  • More detailed fine grained testing

  • Need helpdesk ticketing system
