What did we do well?

  • Scope of sprint did not increase

  • Answered lots of feedback

  • In a timely manner

  • Good job of meeting release schedule 

  • (knock on wood) haven't been creating new bugs as much

  • Some of us kept up with code reviews

  • Mostly kept standups in reasonable time frame



What should we have done better?

  • Missed velocity this sprint

  • Spread out feedback response

  • Some of us have not kept up with code reviews quite as well, but still in time

  • Could be a bit more brief in standup topics
