The Username and Email fields can not be modified within this application. These elements are supplied to this application from a users SAFE OH|ID account setup. Usernames are not visible to any other users, regardless if it is another user within your LEA or not. Usernames are visible only to the user themselves.
Email Public is associated with the email address on the user's SAFE OH|ID account. If the user prefers not to share the email address they have supplied for their SAFE OH|ID account profile, this checkbox should not be marked. This checkbox is left unchecked by default making the email address associated with the users SAFE OH|ID account hidden/private. If this box is checked, the Secondary Contact information on the Agency is not supplied and there is no preferred email (or preferred email is marked private), the SAFE OH|ID account email address will be shown in contact detail popup windows for other users to see.
