ITC staff can access the data for all districts their ITC is affiliated with.  In order for the access to be allowed in ODDEX, the ITC staff member must first have a SAFE have an OH|ID account.  Once the SAFE account is established, the The OEDS administrator at the ITC must grant this employee's SAFE account the employee the SDC Student Level role/access.   Once both of these steps are have been completed and the changes have cycled through all the departments, usually 12-14 hours, the ITC staff member should be able to log into ODDEX using their SAFE credentials and have access to district data.  the OH|ID Portal.
